A Small Centre Making a Big Difference:
Welcome to
KinderMarlee Early Childhood Centre,
an innovative, creative and inclusive centre delivering rich learning and development programs. We believe in the power of early childhood education to shape the lives of our little ones.
Venture beyond the sands of the Sunshine Coast and you will discover our leafy backyard: the lush, green Hinterland. Our cosy and homely 60-place centre, surrounded by trees and grass, provides a natural space for kids to get dirty and play – if they choose.
The small team of both local and non-local staff have been providing playful education to children for years, serving the Landsborough and Hinterland communities. We are passionate about every child having the opportunity to become stronger, wiser, braver and kinder.
Children thrive when they interact with peers of different ages and stages. That's why we create spaces that encourage these connections. We know the importance of art, music, storytelling, dance, nature and joy in nourishing children's hearts and souls, and we always remember to include these in our approach.
We are now looking for a Lead Educator (Diploma or Working Towards) for our 3 to 4 Years room and Float Educators (Diploma or Cert III) across our rooms as needed on a permanent part-time or casual basis
Your Next Opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity for

- Foster positive relationships with parents and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Build a safe and welcoming learning space where children can explore and create while adhering to high health and safety standards.
- Contribute to improving programs and practices while documenting incidents and sharing insights to keep everyone informed.
- Show genuine care and attention to each child, meeting their unique needs and providing comfort.
