Senior Business Analysts

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the discovery and requirements definition for transitioning from a traditional sole-sourced managed service environment to a Service Integration and Management (SIAM)-based Multi-Vendor Environment (MVE). This role is pivotal in developing and creating the future of service delivery by establishing the foundational business and technical requirements for a federated, integrated service model.

Skills & Experience Requ**

• ired 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT Service Management, Transformation, or Strategic Prog
• rams.Demonstrated experience in transitioning or operating within SIAM or multi-supplier service environm
• ents.Strong understanding of service integration principles, retained organisation functions, and supplier govern
• ance.Proven ability to analyse and redesign service delivery models, including contractual and operational interf
• aces.Skilled in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process model
• ling.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and cross-functional discuss
• ions.Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), service performance reporting, and tooling selec
• tion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and business analysis t
• ools.Experience in developing training materials and delivering stakeholder education prog
• rams.Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or P
