About Our Role
As we continue to sustainably expand our team at WGA we are gaining further capacity to take on further project responsibility for our fantastic Clients, particularly across our successful Defence, Industrial and Infrastructure teams in West Perth. Based upon this growth and development we have created a new and exciting position for a Senior Manager with experience managing internal design deliverables across multiple disciplines to ensure high quality delivery and exceptional commercial outcomes.

About You

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Multiple years of experience in Design and Design Management within a Consultancy or professional services firm within the Defence, Resources, Ports & Maritime or Energy sectors
  • Proven ability to develop enduring internal and external relationships
  • Initiative and drive
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to deliver integrated and sustainable project solutions
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
