About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and versatile NDIS Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, all-rounder role where no two days are the same.

As our Service Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, support participants, and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. You'll coordinate rosters, engage with clients and families, support care plans and behaviour strategies, and provide leadership when management is unavailable.

Candidates with Support Coordination experience are highly valued as this knowledge will enhance participant outcomes and strengthen our compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters to meet participant needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants and families
  • Support care plans, behaviour support strategies, and risk assessments
  • Prepare documentation and reports for compliance and audits
  • Guide and delegate to house team leaders and frontline staff
  • Act as the on-call contact for urgent matters
  • Contribute support coordination knowledge where relevant

About You

  • Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS and compliance requirements
  • Experience in rostering, staff support, and client engagement
  • Support Coordination experience (desirable but highly valued)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and resilient under pressure
