**Integration & Empowerment Services (IES)** is a local not-for-profit based in Ellenbrook, Western Australia. IES is a registered NDIS service provider delivering a range of holistic support services including premier in-home care, community and social supports, Recovery Coaching, respite assistance, facility-based and community-based social programs and more to residents of the Perth Metro area.
We are currently seeking _**PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACH **_to join our dedicated team.
At IES you will become a valued team member, who will work collaboratively and holistically to ensure that each client’s support is tailored to the individual.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In this role you will be providing one-on-one support to clients from a range of diverse backgrounds, working collaboratively to help meet their goals and needs.
To be successful in this role you will be compassionate, have awareness of the impacts of age or disability on the physical, social, and psychological capacity of participants. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with participants to achieve their NDIS goals,
- Provide ongoing mental health recovery coordination using a coaching approach to assist participants in capacity and independence building,
- Work in close communication and cooperation with managing staff regarding all supports provided to participants,
- Maintain accurate and up to date records and case notes on the participants,
- Conduct incremental reviews of participant progress through psychometric analysis,
- Conduct incremental plan reviews to ensure client funding allocations accurately meet their current needs and care requirements,
- Engaging with participants, their supports and key stakeholders,
- Building and maintaining up to date knowledge of local services and activity options,
- Support participant engagement in training programs, encourage the retention of participants and their active participation in programs and activities,
- Maintaining trust and positive relationships with participants,
- Show a clear dedication to maintaining personal integrity, company image, participant confidentiality and best practice.
- Show a high level of professionalism and empathy for the unique needs of participants with complex disabilities.
**ESSENTIAL QUALITIES**:
- **Have a minimum of a Diploma in Psychology or similar discipline.**:
- **Minimum of 3 years’ experience health care industry, preferably working with people with psychosocial disabilities.**:
- Excellent communication skills and use of the English language both verbal and written,
- First Aid and CPR,
- National Police Clearance,
- NDIS Screening Check, (or willingness to apply)
- A knowledge and understanding of mental health and mental illness,
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, One Note etc.)
**DESIRABLE**:
- Lived experience,
- Experience working with CALD clients,
