Integration & Empowerment Services (IES) is a local not-for-profit based in Ellenbrook, Western Australia. IES is a registered NDIS service provider delivering a range of holistic support services including premier in-home care, community and social supports, Recovery Coaching, respite assistance, facility-based and community-based social programs and more to residents of the Perth Metro area.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In this role you will be responsible for working resourcefully with participants (and other stakeholders) to ensure they utilise their supports & budgets to achieve their personal goals.

**EXPECTATIONS**:

- Support the participant to implement their NDIS plan,
- Ensuring NDIS plans remain in budget by monitoring plan outcomes and liaising with relevant parties to ensure services delivered are within budgetary frameworks,
- Strengthen and enhance the participants' abilities to self-direct their own supports and participate in the community,
- Build effective relationships with participants and their families while maintaining appropriate and professional boundaries,
- Ensure mainstream services meet the obligations to the participant (Housing, education, justice, health),
- Clear and accurate record keeping of information, time and billing,
- Build or support the capacity of teams to develop relationships and partnerships in local communities.

**ESSENTIAL QUALITIES**:

- Prior Case Management experience or demonstrable experience in Community Services Sector administration required,
- Previous experience with revision and submission of s100 and s48 reviews,
- Previous experience of and/ or knowledge of AAT appeals process,
- Previous experience in achieving billable hours targets, monitoring your hours of billable time,
- A self-start, self-motivated person who can work independently and takes pride in delivering high quality services,
- Demonstrated experience working with people with a disability,

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Community Services or other Allied Health Discipline,**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to apply),
- NDIS Orientation Module,
- Covid-19 Infection Control,
- Driver's licence with reliable vehicle and car insurance.
