The Role

Supporting two approachable, friendly, down to earth Partners and a team in the Financial Services practice, your duties will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Monthly Billing, time entry and expense management
  • Assisting in organising events, seminars, travel and conferences
  • Drafting and formatting contracts, documents and correspondence
  • Preparing and editing legal documents
  • Opening files, running conflict checks, and closing files
  • General administrator duties such as filing, printing, and dictation

You

This position would suit an Intermediate level legal secretary with:

  • 18+ months experience as a Legal Secretary
  • A desire for longevity in a support position
  • Advanced MS Suite skills
  • Full time availability
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
