About the role

In this role, you will engage with industry experts to uncover skills gaps, emerging technologies, and workforce challenges across the energy sector. You'll translate insights into practical recommendations that shape training products and workforce strategies, while building partnerships and collaborating with external stakeholders to drive impact. This role combines stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and system stewardship to strengthen workforce capability and deliver real outcomes for industry.

About You

  • Qualifications and/or experience in Electrotechnology, Gas, Transmission/Distribution and Energy Generation training packages.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to industry peers and government stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of UEE, UET, UEP and/or UEG training packages.
  • Proven ability to lead and maintain effective networks and strategic relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
