About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Dispatch Supervisor to join the team in Mackay. It's important that the candidate will have warehousing management experience, but also needs to be passionate about their team. Within this role, you will supervise a team of 4-5 team members and oversee the efficiency and delivery of warehouse stock. You will be expected to take a hands-on approach by actively supporting and working alongside the team, while also providing leadership and management.

Skills And Experience

  • Previous Warehouse Management experience
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Strong time management
  • Physically fit, as heavy lifting is a requirement of the role
  • Practical and hands-on, with experience using tools and assembling furniture
