Role Description

This is a part time work from home (with possibly catching up once a week via zoom or in person) Social Media Manager located in Melbourne, Australia. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. They will optimise social media channels, develop content strategies, and write engaging posts. Performance analysis and reporting on social media initiatives are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills
  • Experience with Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok, Instagram and creating content .
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
  • Proven ability to analyse social media performance and generate reports
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and platforms (like Meta Business Suite)
  • Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is a plus too but not a necessity
