About the role

As an AV Integration Specialist at Soundcorp, you will be responsible for installing, and maintaining audio-visual sand video conferencing systems for our diverse range of clients.

When dedicated installation work is not available, the Integration Specialist II pivots to provide high-level technical backfill support, focusing on onsite service, maintenance, fault resolution, and client training.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaising with clients to understand their audio-visual requirements and specifications
  • Designing and planning AV system layouts and configurations
  • Installing and integrating AV equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with AV systems
  • Providing ongoing maintenance and support for installed AV systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Documenting all service works performed
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical qualification or experience in audio-visual systems integration
  • Strong knowledge of AV/VC equipment, software, and control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
  • Holds a current construction induction card or willing to obtain one
  • Holds a current working with children check or willing to obtain one
  • Australian Citizenship working rights to be able to obtain an AGSVA clearance is preferable
