
Administrator, Network and Desktop Support/ IT Graduate

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator, Network and Desktop Support to enable effective daily IT operations and provide exceptional service desk support to users across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will deliver reliable onsite and remote support to users, helping to maintain the stability and performance of network and desktop systems. You will play a key part in resolving technical issues efficiently, while actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of IT services.
Additionally, you will support the implementation of various IT projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business needs.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to build a strong foundation in the IT field within a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll do:
• Provide independent support to end users on Windows and Mac workstations, including application-related inquiries.
• Address system vulnerabilities promptly to maintain security and compliance.
• Manage IT assets, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Enforce corporate IT security policies and standards across all systems.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the IT contingency and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with local and corporate teams to support IT project implementation.
• Immediately report system errors or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Proactively investigate IT issues, recommend solutions, and execute corrective actions.
• Coordinate with corporate teams to facilitate global application deployments across ANZ.
• Familiarity with audio/video equipment operation is considered an asset.
• Liaise with data center personnel for equipment monitoring and management.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to ensure consistent and effective IT support.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and IT standards without exception
Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field.
• Ideally has one to three years' experience in an enterprise IT setting.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Oracle databases, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams or work independently.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to user support.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing under pressure.
• Skilled in preparing clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Committed to enhancing IT service quality and user experience.
• Maintains current knowledge of emerging IT technologies and trends.
