The Role

CLA has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Human Resource team aiding with administration functions.  Are you looking to join a supportive team that provides efficient and professional services?  If you are dynamic, have an excellent eye for detail and outstanding initiative, apply now

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment
  • Administration tasks related to Staff Appraisals
  • Ensuring all staff clearances, checks & insurances are current and documented
  • Maintaining all staff records
  • Supporting the OHS/Training Coordinator in all aspects of Training administration
  • Filing of all Human Resources documentation
  • Compliance with all CLA Policies & Procedures

Criteria to join the CLA team:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administration role
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal & written
  • Reliable, proactive and confident working with people of all abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Positive outlook, with a can-do attitude
  • Sound organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
