The Role
CLA has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Human Resource team aiding with administration functions. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment
- Administration tasks related to Staff Appraisals
- Ensuring all staff clearances, checks & insurances are current and documented
- Maintaining all staff records
- Supporting the OHS/Training Coordinator in all aspects of Training administration
- Filing of all Human Resources documentation
- Compliance with all CLA Policies & Procedures
Criteria to join the CLA team:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administration role
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal & written
- Reliable, proactive and confident working with people of all abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Positive outlook, with a can-do attitude
- Sound organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks
