We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in a casual capacity, supporting the Computershare Investor Services (CIS) division within our Communication Centre. This role will commence on 10 November 2025 and offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills while supporting our valued shareholders.

A role you will love

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing day-to-day investor and client service activities arising from inbound calls. These calls may come from shareholders and other stakeholders regarding holdings across a diverse range of companies.

The CSR will demonstrate integrity and a passion for delivering a high level of customer service, while adhering to the policies and procedures established by Computershare.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to external customer inquiries across multiple channels including voice, email, and live chat while maintaining high standards of customer service and delivering accurate, timely information.
  • Aim for first call resolution by clearly communicating information ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Uphold Computershare's values by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and respect for company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously improve customer experience
  • Adhere to work schedules as this ensures we have the correct support available for forecasted volumes
