The Renison mine is located on Tasmania's beautiful West Coast between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery.

Renison is currently experiencing an exciting phase of development, characterised by a robust "Life of Mine Plan" and an ongoing commitment to capital reinvestment. About the role

An opportunity exists for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources function and contributes to the smooth operation of people-related processes across site.

This position is offered on a 5 days on 2 days off residential or drive-in/drive-out roster.

Core responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative support to the Human Resources team and other departments as required
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities including coordinating interviews, reference checks, inductions, and accommodation bookings and other HR duties as required.
  • Assist with performance management processes and industrial relations matters
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures

About you

You are organised, discreet, and confident in managing a diverse range of administrative and HR-related tasks. Your ability to build and maintain positive working relationships is complemented by a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll have a collaborative, team-focused approach and be comfortable working independently when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Pronto is desirable, and prior experience in end-to-end recruitment will be highly regarded.
