Public Sector People are working with a government organisation within Brisbane who are seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor Specialist on 3 month contract + extension assignment.

Benefits:
  • Pay: $ 76.50 per hour + 11.5% super
  • Location: Brisbane CBD
  • Flexible WFH options
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract length: Initial 3 months + extension
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • On site parking
The role will be focusing on these areas:
  • Provide timely, well-developed human resources advice and case management on a range of workplace matters including conduct and performance, employee grievances, appeals and organisational change.
  • Be the subject matter expert in the stream of employment relations.
  • Support the Team leader in delivery of Strategic HR Outcomes.
