Are you ready to lead, drive, and initiate meaningful change in how data quality is embedded across platforms and processes?
Netwealth is seeking a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence scalable, sustainable data quality practices aligned with regulatory and operational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and plan AML and data quality rules to ensure integrity and compliance.
 - Produce reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights.
 - Define and maintain rules for Critical Data Elements (CDEs) aligned with APRA obligations.
 - Connect with data owners and stewards to manage quality and AML adherence.
 - Support governance by helping to develop and monitor policies and standards.
 - Direct the enhancement of InvestigateDQ for scalable rule development.
 - The role ensures data quality is proactively designed into business and technology solutions
 
You'll bring initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for solving problems. Experience in Financial Services, APRA regulations (CPS 234, CPG 235), Agile methodologies, or leading distributed teams is a plus.
