The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Head Coach, you'll lead a high performing team focused on delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors' values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Coach
• Actively engaged in Retailors' training platforms and possess a passion for sharing product knowledge
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
• An understanding of your store's scoreboard and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• An understanding of Retailors' policies and procedures
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience 
• Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
• True LEADERSHIP, shown not through a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
• CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
