Peregian's café, Outer Square, is looking for a talented and creative Breakfast Chef to join our team of passionate people. Our menus are exciting and innovative and we pride ourselves on being different. Our kitchen operates 7 days a week from 6am to 2pm.

The Role

  • a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a small kitchen team

  • Understanding and knowledge in conferencing and functions, breakfast corporate day delegate packages, and dinners.
