Skills & experience

You will be a Corporate, M&A, ECM Lawyer at Senior Associate level, with a particular interest in Consumer, Healthcare and Technology sectors – working hands-on with high profile and impressive clients.

About the role

Having advised on the largest private equity transaction in Australia ($600 million transaction), you will be part of this large Corporate team (top 5 for M&A and 40 ex top-tier Partners Nationwide). Enjoy the best private treaty and private equity transactions in Australia. You will not be given discrete parts of deals – you will be involved in the whole deal.
