In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Taking food and drink orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
- Providing personalised and attentive service to each guest
- Responding quickly and efficiently to guest requests and queries
- Assisting the kitchen and coffee staff as needed
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience of 4-5 years in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or café environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
