What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Taking food and drink orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
  • Providing personalised and attentive service to each guest
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to guest requests and queries
  • Assisting the kitchen and coffee staff as needed
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience of 4-5 years in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or café environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
