With our Men's Culture Barber Shop thriving in Martin Place and a growing client base across Sydney, we're on the lookout for a talented, passionate Barber (Full Time) to join our dynamic and supportive team.


POSITION AVAILABLE

Barber – Sydney CBD (Martin Place)

  • Full-time position (Mon–Fri only, no weekends)
  • Preferred female barber, but open to all skilled applicants
  • Must be strong in all men's cutting and styling techniques
  • Fades, scissor cuts, beard shaping, and traditional barber services
  • Hot towel shaves and grooming experience highly regarded

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

Sydney CBD – Martin Place Barber Shop:

  • Deliver precision cuts, fades, beard trims & hot towel shaves
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create a polished, professional experience for every client
  • Recommend & sell grooming products (commission applies)
  • Enjoy a stylish, fast-paced work environment with consistent clientele

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Minimum 3–5 years' barbering or men's hairdressing experience
  • Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing
  • Strong technical skills in men's cutting, fades & grooming services
  • Confident, professional, and approachable
  • Excellent client communication and retail ability
  • Motivated to grow and be part of a supportive team
