About the Role

We're on the lookout for Casual Customer Support Specialists to join our Call Centre team, with shifts available across Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing top-notch service, solving problems on the spot, and keeping everything running smoothly in line with our Call Centre performance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls and processing customer orders quickly and accurately
  • Investigating delivery inquiries and finding solutions that stick
  • Responding to customer questions with confidence and care
  • Generating sales through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Keeping call levels on track within set standards
  • Hitting personal call targets and KPIs (and celebrating the wins)
  • Becoming a go-to expert on our products and services
  • Pitching in with extra Call Centre or business activities when needed

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills – quick thinking under pressure
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confidence with numeracy, literacy, and Microsoft Office
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
