We're looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and experienced Documentation Quality Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will help lead JCB's Documentation processes across all typologies. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with Project Planning to assist Project Architects/Interior Designers with determining documentation scope.
  • Governing Document control processes to meet QA requirements.
  • Reviewing and marking up documentation packages.
  • Reviewing Project Schedules and Specifications.
  • Assisting Project Architect/Interior Designer with documentation co-ordination.
  • Assisting Project Architect/Interior Designer and other team members with detailing resolution.
  • Managing relationships with external specification consultants (spec writers)
  • Working with JCB BIM/CAD Managers to streamline documentation practices and integration with modern file sharing platforms (ACC).

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a Documentation Quality Manager
  • 20+ industry experience
  • Practical experience across all stages of project delivery with a focus on larger / complex projects
  • Architect, registered
