Stock Controller

Angle Auto Finance is an independent financier in Australia, bringing a modern platform and a flexible business approach to help more Australians with their car purchase.
As a Stock Controller, within our Commercial function, you will play a key role in protecting our security by inspecting vehicle stock and helping our dealer partners on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for engaging with key staff within our partner dealerships, completing system and process training as required.
This is a field-based role, and travel is required on a regular basis.
Core responsibilities;
- Engaging with our dealer partners to assist with a reconciliation of their vehicle stock to confirm the status and location of any unsighted vehicles from the physical audit performed that day
 - For those unsighted vehicles not at the dealership, conduct routine checks and verifications to confirm their status and location, and request payment for any vehicles subsequently identified as sold and delivered to our mutual customers
 - Communicating comprehensive and accurate audit results in a timely manner to key management staff at both the dealership and internally within Angle
 - Look to identify any improvement opportunities with dealership and Angle processes and then partner and support those performing the work to achieve better and sustainable outcomes for everyone's benefit.
 
Qualifications & Experience;
- Auto Finance experience highly regarded
 - Attention to detail
 - Communication and engagement skills
 - Ability to work autonomously whilst being part of, and actively contributing to, a profession audit team
 - Customer focus and passion for delivering quality, sustainable outcomes for the customer
 - Working in a fast-paced environment
 - Current Drivers License required
