1About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lubricants Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator. This role will be based in Brisbane Head Office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Reconciles all stock movements, investigates discrepancies, and reports losses or gains to the appropriate personnel for correction
•    Assists functional units in correcting stock movement issues
•    Provides training and re-training on stock control techniques and management
•    Develops stock control reports to help functional heads reduce errors in stock transactions
•    Coordinates monthly system-to-system checks and investigates variances
•    Coordinates quarterly cycle counts at all warehouses
•    Coordinates annual physical counts at all warehouses
•    Produces variance reports with commentary and submits them to relevant personnel
•    Posts final physical stock levels
•    Provides regular stock control reports on losses, gains, and inventory (minimum monthly)
•    Coordinates with BCs to ensure optimal inventory across all warehouses nationwide
•    Coordinates with BCs and ISC staff on supply issues and situations
•    Monitors 3PL warehouse management to meet Chevron KPIs, including proper storage and inventory accuracy
•    Facilitates quarterly reviews with all warehouse partners
•    Ensures proper storage and distribution of products/materials to meet OTIF targets while maintaining correct inventory levels (IRA)
•    Checks weekly warehouse invoices and sends them for payment
•    Develops and presents timely reports for various management levels to identify and monitor issues
•    Establishes monthly inventory analytical reports with business commentary
•    Maintains close communication with the LSC Coordinator – Supply and Direct to suggest improvements in stock control performance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
•    Logistics / Supply Chain experience and/or Contract Management experience 
•    Warehousing experience (preferred)
•    Ability to analyse data and drive improvement in contractor performance
•    Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems
•    Strong problem-solving skills 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Strong Operational Excellence / Health and Safety background
