What You'll Do

  • Take the lead in village operations when permanent Village Managers are on leave.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, happy residents, and engaged teams.
  • Build strong connections with residents, committees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive compliance with legislation, WH&S, and Levande standards.
  • Support asset maintenance planning, budgeting, and operational performance.
  • Partner with Area Managers and the wider Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, hospitality, property management, or similar customer-focused environments.
  • Adaptability to manage different teams and challenges with confidence.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A working knowledge of compliance, budgeting, and operations.
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and leading improvement projects.
