Are you ready to lead a team of dynamic Store Managers across 3 stores in NSW? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Multi site Cluster Manager to drive performance, develop talent, and bring our brand to life.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be based at 1 store and oversee a mix of 2-3 metro stores. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-performing region, ensuring sales targets, team development, and brand standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire Store Managers to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure all stores meet visual merchandising and operational excellence standards.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention to control shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Monitor and optimize store expenses, rostering, and productivity.
