About the role
Join a high-performing Enterprise Finance team and help shape the future of global financial reporting and controls. This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in group consolidation, technical accounting, and risk management across a complex, multinational structure.

As a Senior Manager, Financial Control, you'll play a key role in enhancing the consolidation and reporting of the group, including international subsidiaries, and improving related processes and controls. You'll work closely with global finance teams, lead month-end close activities, and drive the implementation of key policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver month-end close in line with a global close timetable
  • Coordinate group-wide consolidation with international finance teams
  • Design, implement and monitor key finance policies across the group
  • Oversee the global finance risk matrix and drive continuous improvement
  • Review key balance sheet reconciliations and maintain monthly consolidation
  • Translate technical accounting advice into actionable insights
  • Participate in the end-to-end external audit process
  • Design and implement a robust global finance intercompany matrix

What We're Looking For:

  • CPA or CA qualified
  • Proven experience in complex ASX-listed groups
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards including IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Experience working with foreign subsidiaries and integrating acquisitions
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong finance systems experience
  • A self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • A natural coach and mentor who enjoys developing team capability
  • Deep technical accounting expertise, with confidence applying complex standards
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, especially when working under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Disciplined approach to financial control, with exceptional attention to detail
