We are partnering with a
high-growth financial services organisation
to recruit a
Financial Control Senior Manager
.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic environment with significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end to end financial control and reporting, delivering high-quality statutory and management reporting for the Group
  • Manage and develop a small team, driving process improvements, automation, and control enhancements
  • Partner with business units and senior stakeholders to provide accounting advice and support complex transactions
  • Oversee inter-entity reporting, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining strong relationships with auditors and regulators

About you:

  • Experienced finance leader with a background in
    financial control or reporting
    within financial services or professional services
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, with a particular focus on IFRS9
  • Track record of team leadership, delivering under pressure, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills
