Personal Trainer – Build Your Business at Plus Fitness Oakleigh (No Rent)

Are you a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer looking to grow your business in a busy, supportive gym environment? At Plus Fitness Oakleigh, we're offering a unique opportunity to grow your PT client base with no rent, just a small commitment to give back to our gym community. What You Get:

Free Gym Rent in exchange for:

  • Just 4 hours of service per week, including:
  • 2 x Group Fitness Classes (style of your choice)
  • General member engagement & gym floor presence

As well as:

  • 1 x 4 hour paid shift per week ($33/hr)
  • Lead generation and follow-up calls to help you book clients
  • Full access to our active member base to promote your PT services
  • Support from an experienced Club Manager to help grow your business
  • A friendly, community-driven environment where you're not just another trainer

What We're Looking For:

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • A friendly and approachable communicator
  • Able to deliver engaging group classes (your style – your call)
  • Motivated to build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
