Looking to drive growth in some of the world's most complex projects? We're hiring an Account-Based Marketing Lead to create a qualified pipeline and long-term adoption with named EPC and Owner accounts.

  • Location: Perth preferred, open to candidates across Australia
  • Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
  • Role Type: 6-month contract with a view to permanent

Successful implementation requires not just technical training but also hands-on guidance to embed new workflows and ensure lasting adoption across all levels of the organisation.

The Role

Hands-on, one-person team. You will identify and engage priority enterprises, design account-based campaigns, and present clear business cases that move deals forward. You will write executive-grade content, run webinars and small field events, and use AI every day for research, targeting and content.

Travel and Work Arrangements

Short trips for conferences, events and client meetings, domestic and occasional international. Flexible remote work outside travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run the ABM plan for EPC and Owner accounts across SCT, ERT and Wot
  • Create business case assets: ROI and TCO models, executive briefs and white papers
  • Plan and deliver webinars, lunch-and-learns and small field events
  • Orchestrate 1:1 and 1:few plays with Sales, including sequences and follow-ups
  • Use AI for research, list building, first-draft content, scoring and enrichment
  • Own reporting on engagement, pipeline and conversion

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise marketing or demand gen with ABM focus
  • Strong executive presence. Presentable on stage and on camera
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Proven business case and proposal development
  • AI-literate and comfortable as a one-person team
