About the role

This is a full-time Operations Clerk role located in Cairns, Queensland, working for CT Freight Pty Ltd, a leading freight and logistics company. In this position, you will play a crucial part in the smooth running of the company's warehouse and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing customer orders and arranging freight deliveries

  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control

  • Liaising with transport providers and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
