Are you highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a knack for keeping things moving? We're looking for a Transport Operations Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day scheduling of our transport operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Pricing & quoting of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, job allocations, and performance data
  • Assist with problem-solving and provide quick solutions to operational challenges

Candidates must possess the following;

  • Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office and other online software.
