Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a diverse menu of traditional and innovative French pastries.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the patisserie.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Patisserie Chef or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of French pastry techniques and desserts.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • A passion for creativity and attention to detail.
