Our automotive client based in Brookvale is searching for an exceptionally ambitious,financially astute, and sales-driven individual to step into the role of Aftermarket Sales & Trainee Finance Manager.

The Role: Consultative Sales with High Commission

As a key member of the sales team, you will be the final touchpoint in the customer journey, responsible for maximising satisfaction and profitability by offering bespoke Financial and Aftermarket sales products.

  • The Financial Closer: After comprehensive, certified training, you will confidently consult with clients, tailoring and selling the best Finance, Insurance, and Aftermarket packages to suit their needs and budget.
  • Performance Pays: You will have clear, achievable performance targets backed by a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your drive and sales success.
  • Process Ownership: Master the sales process by managing all crucial finance documentation, using your sharp attention to detail to ensure seamless, compliant, and positive transactions.

Who We're Looking For: The High-Achiever

We need someone who is already excellent at sales and ready to learn the finance specifics. You should be:

  • A Proven Closer: Sales experience and a high level of business acumen will be highly regarded —you understand how a successful deal impacts the bottom line.
  • Money-Motivated: Driven by financial targets and possess a natural affinity for numbers and structured processes. Your success equals your income.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You build instant rapport, listen intently, and can clearly and persuasively explain complex financial products.
  • Detail-Oriented: A true Process Master who is highly organised, meticulous with paperwork, and committed to upholding all regulatory standards.
  • Essential: A current, valid Driver's Licence, Permanent Australian Resident, is non-negotiable.
  • Work Pattern: Enjoy one full weekend off every month. The standard schedule requires working the other three weekends, with two consecutive days off guaranteed during the week to compensate for weekend work.
