We are looking for a Technical Services Support/Electronics Technician to join our team based out of Prospect, NSW in a full-time capacity.

Key Deliverables:


• Provide technical support via phone or email to both auto electricians and end users for a variety of aftermarket electronic products for vehicles.


• Repair aftermarket vehicle electronics at the component level in a timely manner.


• Thoroughly test newly arrived products using benchtop test equipment and fill out quality control reports.


• Interpret spare part enquiries from customers and the sales team.


• Install electronic products in vehicles for testing purposes.


• Perform road tests of electronic products.


• Create and update return authorisation forms using ERP software

Requirements:


• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic equipment at the component level using circuit diagrams, soldering equipment, and other benchtop service tools


• Ability to assemble and install electronic equipment using soldering equipment and crimping tools.


• Experience with automotive electronic products such as car stereos, CB radios, dash cameras, etc.


• ERP software experience


• Customer service/support experience.


• Current valid driver's license.

Qualifications:


• Electronics qualification or training (required)


• Auto electrical qualification or training (preferred)
