We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales and Brand Manager
to take ownership of our WARN Winch and Telma product ranges. You will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle from supplier relations and product development through to marketing, sales, and customer support while ensuring these brands continue to grow within the automotive aftermarket industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand strategy, marketing, and sales growth for Winch and Telma.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Support field sales and dealer networks to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
  • Provide technical product support and assist with customer and dealer enquiries.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Manage pricing, supply, and inventory to ensure smooth brand operations.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced in brand, product, or category management within the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Strong sales and customer engagement skills, with understanding of wholesale distribution.
  • Technically minded, with knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical products.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Commercially savvy with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and results-driven.
  • Open to occasional domestic and international travel.
