About the role

This part-time Customer Service and Operations role at GoSupply Pty Ltd in Bankstown, NSW will involve providing high-quality support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and contributing to the smooth running of our operations. What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer orders and managing order fulfilment
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team
  • Identifying and resolving any customer service issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our customer relationship management system
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Pick and Packing, ensuring orders are dispatched on time and accurately
  • Heavy lifting (up to 10-15kg)

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role, ideally within the client and sales administration industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
