Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality Systems department. In this role, you will work within a small team to develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with complex quality systems that guarantee the safety and integrity of our meat products.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct process and product inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality and food safety requirements.

Monitor adherence to import country, product integrity, and animal welfare standards.

Oversee plant and equipment hygiene, including pre-operational hygiene checks.

Maintain accurate written records of all monitoring and verification activities.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the business, promoting a safe and compliant workplace culture.

Previous experience in the meat processing industry or quality assurance is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
