We are currently seeking motivated Fish Trimmers/Knife Hands to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment. The hours of this role will be Monday to Friday from 05:00am to 01:06pm plus additional hours that are reasonable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds.
- Skinning, Pin boning, Portioning fillets
- Safe food handling practices
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Working within cold temperature environments

To be suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

- A strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment in cold temperatures.
- Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness
- Good Communication Skills
- Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols

Essential Requirements:

- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat.
- Previous demonstrated experience in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in seafood/meat processing
- Attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Strong communication skills.
- Available to start work immediately.
