The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 Tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking experienced **Fish Trimmers/Knife Hands**to join our busy team in **Canning Vale** on Full Time employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Skinning, Pin boning and Portioning fish fillets in a wet and cold environment.
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties.
- Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices.
- Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
- Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in good condition.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Must have experience as a Knife hand/Filleter in Fresh Food Processing environment.
- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- ** Full, permanent work rights in Australia**:

- Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness
- Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment
