**About the Role**:

An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic and experienced Trimmers and Knife Hands to join our Processing Team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment basis.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds
- Skinning, Pin boning, Portioning fillets
- Safe food handling practices
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Working within cold temperature environments

**Essential Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
- Demonstrated experience in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in meat processing
- Attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Available to start work immediately

**Position available for an immediate start and to qualify, all applicants MUST**:

- Be reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Have flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness
- Must have unlimited Australian Working Rights
- Must be able to pass Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
- Be able to provide a National Police Clearance
