SMW Group has proudly supported Central Queensland's mining, construction, and civil industries for over a decade by providing field servicing, maintenance, rebuilds, and emergency repair solutions that keep mine operations moving.

We're currently seeking experienced Supervisors and Leading Hands to join our team on a 7/7 roster, based at a major mine site in a Heavy Earthmoving Equipment workshop.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring a strong safety focus, a can-do attitude, and proven leadership in heavy industry.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an authorised and passed out mine site Supervisor
  • Trade Certificate – Diesel Fitting / Mechanical
  • Extensive experience working on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (HME)
  • S123 & G2
  • Standard 11
  • Working at Heights
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
