About Us

Seek & Find is a Christian singles initiative designed to create a warm and safe environment where believers can meet, connect, and build meaningful relationships. Our mission is to reduce social isolation, encourage genuine connection, and provide faith-centred spaces where people can network with confidence, joy and possibly find love .

As we prepare for our upcoming Christian Singles Mixer, we are looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to help us host an engaging and welcoming event.

Position Overview

We are seeking volunteers for the roles of Ushers, Wait Staff, and Content Creator. You will help ensure the event runs smoothly, guests feel welcomed, and key moments are captured.

All volunteers will receive a $100 thank-you stipend as a token of our appreciation.

Responsibilities

Ushers

  • Welcome and greet attendees with warmth and professionalism
  • Guide guests to registration, seating, and other areas
  • Assist with program flow and direct attendees as needed
  • Support in setup and pack-down if required.

Wait Staff

  • Assist with serving refreshments
  • Maintain clean and organised serving areas
  • Provide excellent hospitality and guest support

Content Creator

  • Capture photos and short videos with phone throughout the event
  • Highlight key moments, interactions, and ambience
  • Basic content creation skills required
