About the Role

This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who can plan, produce, and manage digital campaigns that reflect each brand's identity and connect with the local community and culturally diverse audiences.

You will oversee all aspects of social media content creation, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and catering service marketing while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for two unique restaurant brands.

  • Create high-quality visual and written content for social media, websites, and

digital ads.

  • Manage the company's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook,

and 小红书 (Red Note).

  • Collaborate with local creators, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Plan and operate seasonal promotions, catering campaigns, and B2B marketing initiatives.

  • Analyse marketing performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare monthly reports.

  • Coordinate with the design and management teams to ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics tools.

  • Proficiency in English and Korean is essential

  • Chinese language skills are a plus

  • Hands-on experience in photo/video production, editing tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut), and scheduling platforms.

  • Creative, analytical, and capable of managing multiple campaigns independently.
