Dog-Loving Content Creator / Social Media Assistant

Tweed / Southern Gold Coast (Duroby) | Casual | 4–8 hrs per week | Fun, hands-on creative role

Do you love dogs, have a knack for social media, and want a creative side gig surrounded by wagging tails and good vibes?

We're looking for a passionate, animal-loving content creator to help capture and share the magic of life with dogs — from fresh grooms and happy tails to adorable product shoots and playful farm moments.

About Us

This role is with The DoGRoom (grooming, daycare & boarding on a 12-acre dog paradise in Duroby) and Von Hound & Friends (a boutique e-commerce brand for dog accessories, enrichment toys & matching wearables).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Capture behind-the-scenes photos & videos of dogs, products & our rural setting
  • Create short-form Reels/TikToks for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Write captions, schedule posts & brainstorm new content ideas
  • Assist with simple website or Canva updates
  • Occasionally help with light dog-related tasks (e.g. walking dogs back to clients, assisting during photo shoots)

This role is hands-on, creative, and flexible — perfect for someone wanting to grow their content skills while spending time with animals.

You'll Be Perfect If You…

  • Love dogs (and don't mind a bit of fur or mud )
  • Have an eye for photography, video or visual storytelling
  • Are confident using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Canva
  • Are friendly, reliable and self-motivated
  • Bonus points if you've used Shopify, CapCut or Lightroom
