Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of our brand across both digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering high-quality design solutions that support marketing, business development, and internal communications.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the design and production of branded collateral including brochures, reports, newsletters, EDMs, social graphics, and event materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, mid-weight designers, and external agencies to deliver creative outcomes aligned with brand strategy
• Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
• Champion brand consistency and provide guidance on best practice use of branded templates and assets
• Support video production and bring advanced PowerPoint presentations to life
• Maintain organised design systems and contribute to monthly reporting and vendor management

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design across digital and print mediums
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva and O365 applications
• Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills and experience with master page configuration
• A keen eye for detail and ability to mentor others in brand application
• Experience managing creative projects and understanding of print production processes
