About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to drive the creative execution of brand design across our diverse portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple ventures, balancing big-picture creative direction with hands-on design delivery.

In this role, you'll shape the visual identity of both established and emerging brands, creating high-quality assets that inspire, engage, and deliver real impact. From packaging to presentations, digital content to campaign design, you'll ensure brand integrity and creative excellence at every touchpoint.

This role is perfect for a multi-skilled designer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
  • Create a wide range of assets: digital, social, packaging, presentations, signage, reports, and marketing collateral.
  • Lead design for major initiatives, campaigns, and new brand launches.
  • Translate strategic direction into visually compelling stories.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams across ventures.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities with confidence.
  • Liaise with external partners (printers, agencies, freelancers) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Uphold creative standards and consistency across all outputs.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior-level design role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative range, technical ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working across multiple brands and industries.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on design execution.
