Join our team as an administration & Customer Service Officer in the essential and growing liquid waste management & equipment hire industries.

Fortress Hire is a trusted provider of liquid waste solutions, proudly servicing residential and industrial clients and hire equipment services.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to handle a variety of administrative and customer facing tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting day to day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

· Answering incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

· Schedule and co-ordinate service jobs with clients and field staff.

· Maintain accurate records and data entry into booking and invoicing systems.

· Prepare quotes and invoices in a timely manner.

· Liaise with operations team to ensure timely service delivery.

· Provide general office administration support as needed.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in administration and customer service (industry experience a plus).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Comfortable working with scheduling systems, databases and Microsoft office.

· Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.

· A positive, can do attitude and a team player.
